35 year old had undergone breast augmentation by a different doctorin 2008. These were saline implants with 420 cc in each. Her bra size was 34 D. Immediately after surgery she noticed the implants were too low on her chest. She would like the implants elevated, as well as going a little bit larger with silicone, in order to achieve more fullness of the upper breast. Three months after replacement of the implants with 505 Sientra smooth round high profile and suturing of the lower breast pocket. She is happy with the improvement in position of the implants and size.
