Procedure

25 year old patient had saline implants placed by a different doctor 3 years before. They were silicone implants through a breast fold incision and were 600 cc. Originally she was a 34 C and afterwards she was a 34DDD. After weight loss she felt the implants were way too large, was experiencing pain along her ribs and requested the implants be removed. The after pictures are 2 months after implant removal through the previous incision. She feels wonderful and is very pleased to be back at her previous size. She was also very happy the skin was able to tighten on its own without needing any lift. Sometimes the best course of action is to just have implants removed.
