39 yo woman had crepe-paper skin and bags of her lower eyelids. She underwent ‘scarless’ surgery with fat removal through the inside of the lower eyelid and Fraxel laser treatment of the lower lid skin. The results are shown at 6 weeks. She is very pleased to not look tired anymore.
