I just wanted to " Thank you" so much for being so patient with me, and helping me thru all my nervousness. I'm not sure I would have gone thru with it if it wasn't for your calm demeanor. I'm so glad I did !! You have been the best, and all I can do is thank you from the bottom of my heart. Please also tell Christina (our medical assistant) that she is the best.......and that she got me thru my pre-op day. Feel blessed that you have her on your team!

I've been doing my homework on plastic surgery for years. I've always been worried about getting a Dr. who was licensed but not competent. After cross referencing cosmetic surgeons who were Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and who also either had access to or whose center met the most stringent requirements of the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgical Facilities (AAAASF), I found a handful of Dr's in the San Diego area who fit both criteria (one being Dr. Pollack).
After making an appointment with Dr. Pollack I knew I had made the right decision. Dr. Pollack and his staff were very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and answered every question I had to ask; they were also one of the least expensive places I went to.
I was lucky enough to get my surgery scheduled for that same week, and was absolutely not nervous because I knew I was in good hands. I have absolutely no complaints and am surprised at how pain-less it was. Bruising, swelling, and some pain is common but I expected to feel like I go hit by a car... but I didn't. Just average soreness at the incision sites.
If you're thinking/planning to get cosmetic surgery, go see Dr. Pollack and his staff. I had a great experience and know a few people who had gone to him in the past with the same great results.
